Possible rework of blade of the ruined king (or new item

So this item has been out of favor for nearly a whole season now, its rarely picked up and I feel it could use a rework, or this could be a completely new item but heres the suggestion Cost - 3500 gold 40 AD 350 Hp 20% cdr Unique passive - Heal for 15% of all dmg dealt Unique passive - Every 6th auto attack or ability will deal 10% of the targets max hp as true dmg and heal you for 50% of the dmg dealt Unique active - Removes all beneficial effects on target champion (this includes things such as trynda ult, kayle ult, zilean ult, taric ult, etc.) 120 second CD The goal here is to make BoTRK into more of a bruiser item while still retaining a tank buster identity, tell me what you think of this rework/item Edit: Damn, looks like ppl really hate having an item that counters cheese champs
