Syndra nerfs reverted because we don't have enough bans to accomadate her.

Reverting Kalista buffs because you guys are buffing Fervor, yet Kalista will benefit much less than her other ADCs from Fervor changes as she scales negatively with Attack Damage. Another nerf to Kalista.

Tankgar buffs.

She scales less hard with AD compared to other adcs...that doesn't mean she scales negatively. She does not get weaker the more AD she has.
