there are specific reasons why i try to go tankier on nidalee. There are also specific reasons why i happen to win fairly often against glass cannon champions.

is so worth it on nidalee. This applies to other champions too. If you build full glass cannon and can deal 1k damage for 2 seconds then GJ, but if you grab a tank item or two you can deal 700 damage for 4 seconds. (heavily approximated)
