Can we tone down jinx?

I swear if jinx even gets ahead slightly, you lose almost instantly. I just saw a 20/2 jinx 2 0 KILLS. Her massive steroids she gets from just one kill onto two onto three. It becomes so frustrating. She is a hyper carry yes, but at the very least her early game shouldn't be so ridiculously strong because then she just switches to 2 auto hyper carry penta jinx. I think just some slight nerfs would be fine. She isn't like super ridiculously broken, but she is very antifun to play against at most stages of the game
