Will be lissandra be getting looked at in the next related class update?

I know we had a mage related class update pretty recently however there was one champion in particular who saw no changes to her kit, I am of course talking about .

The reason that I believe that the ice queen of mean needs a change is due in part to the fact of how her kit works and how it conflicts with the overall tone of the game now. Everyone of lissandra's abilities has some sort of specific use to it however their reliability in terms of utility means that they have extremely wonky cool downs to work around, her Q is meant to be her bread and butter that much is certain however it's short range makes it rather unreliable in team fights.

Honestly using e for combat other than engagement is frowned upon since its your only mobility tool, W is straight forward and is good for trying to regain some distance from people who close it quickly. The nature of the game doesent seem to be kind to champs who have extremely high cds on their basic abilities doing one combo and than being forced to sit their and awkwardly stare and everyone just isent something that fits into this meta at all especially with the way spell shield items were given to as an option for ad champs.

She seemed to be in a better spot when team fights lasted a lot longer because it gave her an opportunity to employ a kinda hit and run style where she could regain her cd than go back in after doing her combo; not to mention a lot of the items she used to build have been changed drastically in the way that they are meant to work. etc. I don't think she needs buffs, I think she needs fundamental changes her kit feels rather odd and her passive is extremely underwhelming.
