Zed is frustrating to play against (though still very do-able if you know what you're doing), he's able to play very safe, is an excellent duelist, and has a pretty high kill count on average.
His winrate is also PRETTY bad for how often he kills people (usually due to the fact that his job becomes much harder to do when you group up, he basically gets relegated to split-pushing which he's only "okay' at)
