I once had over 1600 AP with Veigar and still lost the game even if I could Q + autoattack with Lichbane to kill anyone except the tank Nunu...
Camille can't go full AD. Fiora was made to go AD, but she can't survive more than a second without being nuked even with CC/dmg immunity shield.

Not anymore, his new ulti does tops 650 + 150% AP if the target is below 33% health. No more scaling with other ap, its a new garen ult. Still strong though, but 80 seconds isnt comparable to 6 seconds (No CDR each)

Something about this reminds me of the Crit Viktor build that use to exist before Riot made it so his Q could only crit for the base auto attack, not the whole thing. I would think doubling damage and converting to true damage would count as empowering an attack, and thus likely ignores Crit.
