Which means, they scale from level 1, and you don't lose them like Wukong loses the stats after the enemy dies/not in range.

and again, I'm not targeting Ornn here, I'm just stating the ability of the balance/design team to fix things, but they prefer to keep it to specific cycle of champions.

Have you noticed how the cycle of buffing/nerfing certain champions is repeated every year? For example, "champion "X" is broken now, we nerf then rebuff around the next 10 months and probably might add more mechanics to his/her kit" - how the balance/design team works.

Every other New released champion now has some Heals and Shields now and 1-2 CC type at least in their kit, which means they can fully be creative when it comes to utilizing the Runes system. For example the newly released champion Neeko Neeko: is by far a better version of Wukong MonkeyKing but with extra pre-level 6 2 CC abilities, more utility [ movement speed ], and better Decoy/Clone, and an extra CC root + shield on her AOE insta-burst damage R.

The more champions you introduce to the game, the more unfair the game will be to the other outdated champs, and my main happens to be one of them MonkeyKing

i know wukong has issues, but complaining that a tank gets better passive resistances than a diver is silly.

the problem with ornn is that his combo deals a shitload of % hp damage, not that hes beefy.

Difference is Ornn is a 44% win rate champion.

Wukong is currently a 52.5% win rate champion.

I agree that they rotate who's strong to keep the game fresh. I dont think many people would disagree with that, but you're missing the fact that Ornn is a tank and Wukong is an assassin/diver. The moderate amount of flat stats that Wukong gets would be garbage on a tank who already builds a lot of Armor/MR, but it's valuable for someone who doesnt build any. Whether Wukong needs a new passive or not is debatable, but he's legitimately strong right now and you cant compare two abilities on two separate champions in a vacuum and just say that Wukong needs to be buffed or changed because X ability on Y champion is better than B ability on C champion.

Additionally, Neeko is hardly even comparable to Wukong. Yes, they both have a wombo ult and a clone, but they're entirely different classes and play/build way differently from eachother. Additionally, Neeko's ult literally has a 1.5-3 second wind up time. HOW is that instant? I'm going to assume that you just dont know what Neeko does yet because she's new, but in that case you shouldn't be complaining about something you don't know much about.

Wukong just needs a really cool rework. I wrote one in the creative section if anyone is interested in viewing it.

Like with the passive Unbreakable Body/Eye of Truth Wukong gets 5/10/15/20 Armor and MR while the second part of his passive allows him to reveal traps, wards and invisible enemies with a 120 second cooldown. Like duskblade but with duskblade he can essentially be a sweeper as well while still being able to ward.

Both is core to his lore and would add something helpful. I love the character in and out of LoL but I hate his design even the visual design in LoL. Wish he had Smite's vision design or like the General Wukong skin be default. The default skin he has now makes it seem like he's an anime power ranger.

They need to just change Wk passive. So out dated. Was the same thing with graves when he use to get AR and MR each second in combat.

A ad diver/ bruiser should have less dmg out put or (if not and) less utility than a squishy mage and less tank than a hard cc bot. Thats just how this works, he gets more mobility than ornn (and more guaranteed dmg) and he gets better dive than neeko plus way more hp and far less counterplay. Neekos dmg seems to be out of line rn, but you can literally dodge EVERYTHING and if you get on her shes dead. wukong is a hugely different story.

Im not sure who here has tried smite's Sun Wukong but riot could learn alot from it, especially since he has more magic involved with his abilities. The hundred transformations is a good topic to go on, just saying!!!!

I just play her on my main now. Honestly, Wukong players : PLAY NEEKO. She's a better Wukong than Wukong and AP items are strong atm (abuse it).

Because you want more free MR and Armor as you e q r from stealth 100-0 any non tank champion with LITERALLY ZERO counterplay, right? Great idea, let’s buff wukong who is already the second best assassin after the abomination

Please never complain about defensive buffs on any champion ever. If there's a problem complain about counterbalance on the offensive end.
