2 real builds depending on if you use atk spd more or just flat ad, become the tankiest character in the game while also the only class to gain %arpen (not to mention the terrible decision of titanic hydra, which is literally just atmogs in one item). I'd tell you guys to do something about it but I'm afraid you'll nerf Karthus again and give hexdrinker crit cause Ahri's winrate isn't 80%.
