Is the new fervor AD counted as bonus AD?

Asking to see how it interacts with champs with bonus AD scalings.

I feel new fervor miiiiight make Fiora Olaf Illaoi these people especially obnoxious.

Illaoi might seem weird but remember her W is an auto attack and it makes tentacles raid down.

I would assume unless it states that it's base AD, that it would be counted as bonus.
