Vayne can't tumble it.
Every champion cant walk out of it.
Hell if you wanna go a step further you can make it like Azir ult in where only blinks can get you out.

at least the whole "aoe ult damage" can have its numbers adjusted until its manageable

not to mention azir ulti does ZERO damage.. if you wan to give that kinda effect to J4's ulti your goign to need to remove its damage

Keep in mind this usually hits a tank with a ton of magic resist. It's not like he's going in with the intent of trying to just hit 5 people with his ult like Jarvan is.
