@Meddler, question about Veigar (Namely his ultimate)

So Veigar's ult always had a history of doing a lot of damage, with it's passive, doing 80% more base on his target's AP.

With his recent ult ratio nerf, a buff to the ratio may be hindered by it's enemy 80% scaling.

So Meddler, what do you think about removing the enemy 80% ap thing completely and buffing his ratio to like 130% and up or something? It'd make him better versus everyone, but not overkill versus mages.
