Bruisers are cancer for this game

Bruisers are those champions that seem like, they're extremely weak when they're not ahead. However when they are ahead, they become overbearing as they are extremely hard to kill and deal a shitton of damage. There has never been a time when bruisers have not been either weak or problematic for this game in some way. Tons of damage and tanky should not be in same sentence when describing a champion

There's more to champions than the amount of damage they deal and the amount of damage they take...

Champions that get weak when behind or strong when ahead, should be balanced under the pretenses that their Snowballing requires teamwork. If you have a snowballer, Your team should focus on getting them ahead, while the enemy team should try and shut them down.

Granted this changes the Dynamic of the game. But I don't actually think that really makes Strong or weak. (just, team oriented.)

that's your problem. Champions actually should be more binary - to emphasize teamwork. Feast or famine actually isn't bad - because if you remove the famine part from a carry, they're gonna be feast all the time. See Fiora: when behind she is still dangerous, when ahead she has 1v5 pentakill pressure.
