junglers that need 6 before ganking

Skarner is good in 1v1 situations pre6 thanks to his attack speed steroid, mana regen, shields, and possible double stun in the duels, but his ganks at 6 usually force his flash or ghost to pull off most successfully, before 6 the only ganks he can really secure kills during are if the enemy isn't paying attention and really pushed out. His E is the only thing pre-6 that makes ganks possible and its still a pretty narrow and slow projectile which might as well be blocked by minions with its limited speed. As a level 7 skarner, I can't say my success in the early game is anywhere near successful compared to other late game junglers like or or even . Pre-6, for junglers built to be late game, they have very good tools for ganks still while skarner doesn't have much in his kit built for ganks besides his ultimate.

Fiddle same thing, if they're so over extended nothing will escape, then his fears and silences can secure kills since he can stop their flash or collasp. Atleast he's ranged so its easier to actually get the damage off.
