revert that, and you failed it. You gave us this meaningless regen nerf that doesnt ultimately stop sion from doing what he's despised for.

When there is a strategy called inting sion and people have been complaining about it why the actual fuck would riot think hitting the regen would be a good idea all this does is hurt sion since when he does get a nerf that hits why he is good his regen will still be nerfed so there is a good chance he will be in a weaker state then before he was meta.
