The damage on Fizz's E needs to go or toned down.

How is this even fair?! Every other untargetable ability has some sort of drawback!

Elise - No damage, and mobility is limited on a long CD.

Vlad - Takes a huge chunks of health and deals little damage on a long CD.

Lissandra - Becomes immobile AND you can actually flash away from her AOE on a REALLY long CD.

Kalista - No damage. Provides CC with other complexities.

Yi - Eh....he has to get kills in order to make great use of the ability and needs a target

Shaco - You need 10 ping or lower to time his untargetability correctly.

Zed - fck Zed

Fizz - and then you have this little piece of shit that has a 6 second untargetable dash that does AOE burst damage. Where is the drawback to this?!? Someone explain to me why this is fair.

Fizz's E is tied to both his dmg and escape. If he uses it to engage, it's very hard to disengage. It's only problematic near late game when he can Zhonya+E, Q and E again without a window that is TOO small

But early game its WQ, auto and E away over and over and OVER until he WQ, auto and E's onto you for the kills. However, a good Ahri can counter him pretty well.

fizz doesnt have the mana to do that over and over

^^^ This, especially early game. It's both costly in mana and has a long cooldown. Fizz pretty much needs to get fed in order to be a relevant threat in the game, like other snowball assassins.

And what if I happened to take the fish into the jungle hmm? Don't give me that crap that it doesn't work, it works fine, you stick Trailblazer with the Magus enchantment, and he gets a huge AP boost plus 20% Cooldown reduction. And blue buff makes his [very little] mana problems completely disappear.

Of course he doesn't early game, but give him blue and any competent fizz will be able to manage their mana with ease.

It gets better, PunishHole. Vlad, the only other champion who can really control where he moves when untargetable, is subject to any CC he encounters, such as Veigar's field or Karthus'. He can't be damaged in them, for example, but he will be hit by them, and is also still subject to damage over time and leash spells that happened beforehand.

Fizz can also dodge all of that, while doing high damage when he lands.

It's true Fizz has some early mana problems, but so does Talon, to list a name at random. And any jungler worth their salt who ganks mid to help Fizz land even one kill has given the enemy team a massive problem for you to handle, as he is exceptionally slippery and exceptionally damaging, making it very easy for him to get ahead by roaming.
