Chibi Bronzlife2 votesOri should never really be threatened by Morg. Syndra is a skill matchup against morg, the one with more patience wins. Bait the spellshield then syndra can use full rotation and melt morg. Taliyah is in no way an immobile mage if you play her right.

That way you can utilize her passive to shift positioning because you're you know avoiding Morgana's abilities. MooooooooreDakka1 votesAll I'm going to say is that staying out of combat for five seconds and then following a wall isn't exactly a huge advantage in terms of positioning in a fight compared to other mages. Range would be an advantage (like most other mages) but unless Morgana just starts running at you and your only concern is not getting within ult range of her I don't think rock surfing would be useful most of the time.

MooooooooreDakka1 votesI never mentioned her ult, my point is that her passive is kind of impractical to use during a fight because you need to not be doing any damage for 5 seconds or getting hit by anything. Also, even if you aren't doing anything to contribute to the fight to keep the passive up you still need to follow a wall meaning that it won't even be useful in a lot of situations for running away from Morgana. Do you even play Taliyah? I'm just wondering because at least from my experience you're pretty much never in a positon to use your passive during a fight aside from when you're chasing someone down or running away when the fight's lost.

Sure she doesn't have that high kill potential a lot of assassins and burst mages have, but this is just bad to play against. I mean it's not the worst thing out there and imo a lot of mids have way better teamfighting than her but I still hate her laning phase.

She's actually a decent pick against Zed though, since his ult is extremely predictable in where it places him. She can Q him as he comes out then counter with her own ult/W. Or just walk away if she's gonna lose the all-in.
