Strut (W) attack speed lowered to 40/55/70/85/100% from 60/70/80/90/100% Make It Rain (E) slow reduced to 28/36/44/52/60% from 40/45/50/55/60%
and then we have these nerfs which looks nice but the main problem is her Q. Too rewarding.

DragoonRuin1 votesIf the problem is its entirely position dependent. You can completely nullify her Q bounce with good position, and there won't be a THING she can do about it. Her Q bounce is Entire dependent on the enemy bot laners having Poor Positioning. She's hardly "OP" just very opportunistic, and she is required to play the position game better than her enemy ADC. That's the only "outplay" potential she has. :-/
