Hecarim nerfs when others are unnerfed?

Okay, this is unbelievable, really unbelievable...

As a season 4 Hecarim jungle main, I watched over the course of 1.5 seasons as you took my favourite jungler and slowly ruined him as you turned him in to a top laner because someone decided to rush homeguards and have tp ganks (which btw, would have worked from the jungle too). I watched as you took my favourite champion in the game and gave him buffs for top lane that he didn't need because he was perfectly fine as a jungler (except maybe a little more Q damage against monsters as you eventually ended up giving him).

Then, after tuning him towards top so much, you overdid it. He became a permaban/pick, he received nerf after nerf because of his TP+Homeguard ganks, you removed his multiplicative MS boost which was one of the most unique parts to the champion. And now you're nerfing him MORE?

He's back under a 3.5% pick rate and under a 53% win rate, and is back to being reasonable in both jungle and top while not being oppressive in either.

So why is Hecarim seeing nerfs when he's not even remotely a problem right now, when the likes of Tryndamere, Jax, brand (minor mana nerf that won't do anything), malphite, mundo (minor nerf that seems to be just rounding down rather than a real nerf), etc... are all not seeing any nerfs? There are literally so many problem champions in this game right now, and you're choosing to nerf HECARIM?

Yeah, i'm not really sure why they nerfed him. We don't have all the data available to us so we can only use what little we do have like winrate/banrate/overall dmg...etc. With that said, I would say he needed it. BUT like you said, there are plenty of other champions who needed a nerf more than him.

Gotta sell that skin man.

They probably think that the free homeguards have him a boost in power when the speed multiplier on he is next to god awful now.
