I play a bot game once every morning to get my first win of the day. This morning, I was matched with people who were so new, they didn't even know how to use the shop. Many feeds later and we LOST A BOT GAME. SERIOUSLY?????

MankindTP1 voteswith regards to matchmaking, since each queue has a separate MMR which takes into account the kind of queue you're working at and which map, it doesn't seem surprising to play with new players. Also, if you see the problem so well, why not provide a solution for it? That'll at least point both Riot and us towards possible change to make it better.
