... And all of your allies are a full tier in rank above you... like seriously. Why are plat players always worse than golds when they're on my team?

Yea, but that's what's so bad about the whole system...
Why is it WORSE players get to be a higher rank? It just seems so unfair? Because they climbed there previously, they can feed in gold MMR and stay plat, but the silver player with high gold MMR loses games and can't get to gold because his plat teammates lose to an uncarry-able state?
