2% is actually fairly significant. The range is really from about 40% (weakest) to 60% (absurdly broken). Therefore, Riven dropped about a tenth of the total RANGE of winrates. (2% is a tenth of 20%).

Olaf: Because how are you supose to Stop a Bruiser that is Inmune to CC that the lowest health he have, the More life steal AS it have? If you try to Burst him down, he's gonna end having low health, thing that is good for him If you try to CC him. Oh wait. Inmune to CC.

Evelynn: Insane mobility. W gives a huge speed boost, stealth passive, moves quickly anyways. Used to have a stun. Used to have permanent stealth. Used to have multiple escapes. Used to have high damage output. Used to have super short cooldowns. Used to have a multiple-target point-click damage output. Used to have a LARGE speed boost and damage boost.

Old Eve was more cancerous than current LeBlanc. Tbh she needs a few buffs right now, but please don't bring back pre-rework Eve.

They weren't nerfed for being unfun.

Evelynn was nerfed because permanent stealth is OP with easily destroyed pink wards. Olaf was nerfed... before my time. Maybe it was because he was unfun. I have heard tales of horror from the time of health stacking, missing health scaling, perma slowing Olaf and they chill my bones.

Riven, while annoying, is not broken in the same way Evelynn is. Again, I can't comment on Olaf.
