I know im just QQing but Fizz should not be able to dodge turret shots... He got fed by diving me and my Jhin over and over again, we couldn't do anything and our Jungler refused to help. He could kill 2 people and only take like 2 turret shots, we all know it takes 15+ shots to kill someone, so we never had a shot :(

Pretty much what I saw when I read it. Picking a champion to main, based solely upon his/her ult, shows quite a bit of derpiness.

You'd think that if he and his Jhin got jumped by a Fizz, that they'd do whatever they could to increase vision on the map, OR swap to another lane...OR link up with the toplane champ, fast-push to take the tower. then taking Rift Herald), shit like that. It's also on your team to reliably keep vision on the map at all times as well.
So...I decided to take a look at OP's match history with item builds on Malphite...I see why you couldn't do crap vs Fizz...You didn't have crap worth of AP damage items. The best way to keep a Fizz under control, is to be able to delete him off the map ASAP.. Throw your poo shard at him(If you're smart, you have at least 1-2 AP damage items on(Luden's Echo/Deathcap as one of them), so that he'll know that shit stings if he doesn't pole dance that), to bait out the Fizz pole(reread sentence to see how it's done), and when he lands, give him the football tackle. If he didn't pole dance the poo fling, you just dealt good damage to him, slowed him, and sped yourself up.
With that being said, your Vi also built shit items, and fed quite a hefty amount. Oh, and Malphite is a strong threat, damage-wise, IF YOU BUILD DAMAGE ITEMS ON HIM! It doesn't require an AD comp to make Malphite a threat. It requires you using your brain, as well as communication.

Stephenizgod1 votesMalphite is only actually strong, as in a damage threat, if you have an all AD comp. If you were going to nerf Malphite and have it be a meaningful nerf, you would need to change his ult. No matter how far he gets behind in lane, he just needs to ult 3 people and if his team is smart you can win almost any teamfight. So Malphite and Fizz have two entirely different issues, Fizz can build straight tank and 100-0 everyone on your team and take absolutely 0 damage. Malphite can't 100-0 your entire team unless he is AP and you are 3 levels below him, but his ults game health needs to be looked at. I am a Malphite main, but only because how stupid strong his ult can be.

what you deserve1 votesI don't know what you're on about with "tank Fizz". Straight tank? The hell? That's not a thing. He can build some AP items that give health, sure, but if you're not holding Abyssal and a significantly stacked Mejai's you're not gonna 100-0 a Galio or Singed.
If Fizz is 100-0ing you under turret while you're playing Malphite, he's already been fed to hell.

Stephenizgod1 votesRiot has not nerfed a ton of things that have been considered OP, its probably more likely they don't know how to nerf it without destroying the champion. Obviously if they just increase its cost or cooldown to create more windows of weakness, that is just masking the problem. If they lower its damage they need to compensate because he relies on his ability to kill people without them retaliating (unless he builds Off-Tank Fizz which is a cancer build on any Assassin/Fighter). If they take my idea and make it so he can't dodge Turret Shots, he will have too many periods of weakness.
His ability is one of the most toxic abilities in the game, there is no counterplay to it, but I don't think it needs to be gutted. I'm not sure how to give it counterplay, perhaps remove its damage and put it into his ult and Q? Idk. Its a toxic ability and makes him a cancer champion.

All that, but the worst part is he can reliably dive you everytime its off CD, its the same reason people complain about Zed, he can ult QE then warp out taking maybe 1 shot and you die.
