it feels super awkward having to auto someone, i'd be more than willing to accept his passive damage being toned down a little bit in exchange for his passive being able to proc the passive bleed, itd also help him transition into teamfighting a lot easier than it is now where you kinda struggle to do anything at that point compared to a lot of other assassins.

This change would make anti-fun to play against.

If Talon uses his W again it'll proc his passive and lead to an easy kill as well as an easy snowball.
Talon doesn't NEED this change.
IF there's anything riot should buff on talon it should be 5 more movement speed. That would be enough of a change to set him into a better spot and make him feel less clunky (even if it is small it will be easily noticed and could fix your problem but in a simpler and less Gamebreaking way)

Each auto is 100% of your AD, and you may be able to fit at least 2 of them.
For comparison, Rengar's Q is 140% bonus AD.
