So when kai going to be a real adc who make damage over time instead of burst damage into one Q ?

Like her early to late game q on one person damage is just too much, that not adc by all means it just a pure burst damage.

Not all adcs are just damage over time. Have you seen Lethality or AP Varus ? Also, I main Kai. Her Q is fairly weak early on and can be abused before she gets the upgraded Q. Another note that fighting her alone without any allies around will increase her damage output a ton. She's really good at picking people off and not too great at teamfights unless ahead. Having her Q damage split during a fight could be life or death when you need to focus one target down. Just be aware of your positioning fighting against her. If you are alone, she'll probably nuke you with Q and her passive. I find most of her burst actually from her Plasma and W more than an isolated Q.

I understand but he won't just burst 5 tanky people in easy penta for no reason, he doesn't have sudden op shield from his ult or even able to move around quickly and easily.

Try it, Fleet Footwork, Triumph, Alciarty (However the hell you spell/say it) Coup de Grace then Bone Plating and Chrysalis

its basically a survival build to make up for her low armor

It may just be my build, but her early q for me is weak, all the damage is in the W for me. I go Precision/Resolve and build item 3146 item 3124 item 3006 item 3085 item 3091 item 3812 . thats really it, the build is all about late game and kill chaining. Once again it could just be me, but AP/Hybrid Kai'Sa is the way to go
