What does Riot want yuumi to be, and some ideas for how to change yuumi

My greatest question is, what does Riot want yuumi to be? A lane bully support who allows their adc to get a big head start in lane, or a late game support who turns their adc into the powerhouse of the team. If a champion is both, they are not balanced. Currently, Yuumi is both. But what does Riot want her to be? I really can't say but what I can do is think of some changes that would shift Yuumi in either direction.

Route 1: Lane Bully If Riot intended for Yuumi to be a lane bully, here are some possible changes.

Passive: Make her passive grant her mana, like it did on original release.

Q:

Original Damage+CC Normal Damage: 40 / 65 / 90 / 115 / 140 / 165 +(45% ability power) damage

Empowered Damage: 50 / 85 / 120 / 155 / 190 / 225+(65% ability power) damage

Slow on empowered Q: 20 / 32 / 44 / 56 / 68 / 80%

New Damage: Normal Damage: 45/65/85/105/125/145+(40% ability power) damage

Empowered Damage: 60/90/120/150/180/210+(55% ability power) damage

Slow on empowered Q: 25/34/43/52/61/70%

W:

Original amount of adaptive force granted: 5/7/9/11/13+(4/7/10/13/16%)

New Amount of adaptive force granted: 7/11/15/19/23

E:

Original Minimum and Maximum healing: 30 / 40 / 50 / 60 / 70 (+ 10% AP) 69 / 92 / 115 / 138 / 161 (+ 40% AP)

New Minimum and Maximum healing:

35/42/49/56/63+(10% ability power) 70/90/110/130/150+(30% ability power)

Original Cooldown and Recharge Time:

cooldown: 0.5 Recharge time: 18 / 17 / 16 / 15 / 14

New Cooldown and Recharge Time: cooldown: 1 Recharge time: 17/16.5/16/15.5/15

R: Unchanged

Route 2: Late Game support If Riot intended for Yuumi to be a support who excels in the late game, here are some possible changes

Passive: Original Shield Value: 50 − 300 (based on level) (+ 30% AP)

New Shield Value: 50 -- 200 (based on level)(+45% ability power)

**Q: ** Damage: Unchanged

Original Range: 1150

New Range: 900

W: Original Adaptive force granted: 5 / 7 / 9 / 11 / 13 (+4/7/10/13/16%)

New adaptive force granted: (5/9/13/17/23%) of one another's adaptive force.

E: Original Minimum and Maximum healing: 30 / 40 / 50 / 60 / 70 (+ 10% AP) 69 / 92 / 115 / 138 / 161 (+ 40% AP)

New Minimum and Maximum healing: 25/32/39/46/53+(15% ability power)

60/80/100/120/140+(40% ability power)

R: Unchanged

The lane bully changes are designed to keep Yuumi's lane extremely strong while hitting her late game hard

The Late game changes are designed to weaken her early game and keep her late game really strong

What are your thoughts?

I actually think shes pretty much fine as is. Her numbers and scalings are pretty low and her q/e/r are pretty underwhelming compared to similar tools that other supports have.

Her true power and what shes designed around is her w.

If she does need a change i say make the scaling on her W more potent but make it so that it goes on full cooldown if tje person shes attached to dies.

That way she has a window of vulnerability
