Can we finally unite and do something about bronze???

So those few unfortunate ones who are stuck in bronze know that it's a loooooong way out, i mean if your a diamond player or plat player, maybe yoi can get out of bronze in a week or two with a friend who is also plat or diamond, but what if you are a goldie or silver, what happens then, maybe you are good enough for let's say silver, then you should have a really hard time to move out of low bronze. I am currently in 61 games/37 wins in b4, i am way over 50% winning, the problem is my lp gain is around 9-12 and my lp loss is around 19-24, with these odds a silver or gold player wpuld never get out of bronze. I say we all complain to riot and force them to always give possitive lp gains to everyone in bronze regardless of mmr. +15-20 for a win and -15-20 for loss, this way someone who is a little over 50% winning should have an easy time getting to silver. Pease respond , one man can't change anything but if we all unite we can!!!!
