Let Us Delete Runes
A lot of people have runes that are tier 1 or 2 and serve absolutely no purpose once they can use tier 3 runes. They're kinda just in the way and annoying. Riot, can we get the option to delete runes?

i dont see the point really. there is already progression through unlocking rune slots/lvl in the first place. t1 and t2 runes are an outdated concept and dont serve any purpose.
not to mention their values are so low, that they barely make any impact on a champions early game.

This way, new players can still use runes while spending their IP on champions, while you won't be stuck with a bunch of t1 runes in your runelist. Also, have an option to show only "greater runes" for example.

i think the upgrading idea is really solid. Just let us flat upgrade them for a small amount of IP or something. It wouldn't solve having 10 of one kind of rune from the old Rune Combiner though.

I have 10 tier 3 Armor Pen marks, it'd be nice to be rid of that last one.
