Skins Not Equipping In TB

This is a really annoying bug where every time you go into a TB lobby it de-selects all your skins so each time you pick a champ (even if you just played them) it does not have your skin equipped, can this be fixed so that it will stop de-selecting skins please.

yup, even when I double check that the skin is selected; it doesn't equip in the game

It's happening at this moment as well. Riot's client is messed up as usual after an update.
