I love Wukong, but I also feel he could use some QOL changes to move him up the champion tier list a bit.
The things I've noticed about Wu:
-
For someone who has armor and mr built into his passive, he feels really squishy. If you build more tank, your damage output suffers. Unlike the juggernauts, who are tankier and out damage Wu. Also his early jungle clear is abysmal, and there are stronger junglers that could put him at a disadvantage early.

I know he's labeled as a "fighter" but his kit plays like an assassin, the problem with that is he doesn't deal as much damage as pure assassins. Unless he is picking off single targets while roaming around (which negates his passive), he's pretty much dead if he gets caught by the enemy team (even with his passive), or if your team doesn't follow up on the ult, you're dead.
I feel like he is balanced in the sense that his kit doesn't really need changing (although wtf with that ap scaling on the W, who even builds that and why is it there). With that said, I still think because his damage is just mediocre compared to a juggernaut or assassin (even some straight tanks out damage him) he's not as strong of a pick right now.
Most of his success is because he's easy to play. His kit is simple, point click. Also at lower elo, it's easier to capitalize on player mistakes and punish them.
Wukong is a great champion, but if he doesn't get some QOL changes, he'll never be top tier. Too many other champions do what he does, better.
