I feel like minions move way too fast now.

I know it was in an effort to speed the game up later on. But i feel like 423 movespeed at 25min is a little insane. They can just zoom down faster than champions, and end up very spread out for waveclearing moves. Its especially bad in midlane.

I feel like it should be 400ms at like 35min, and maybe tweak them so that they spawn closer together later on in the game so champions whose JOB it is to stall for catching up can actually clear the wave effectively.
