Evelynn's E: Empowered Whiplash will Follow Dashes and Blinks if she has placed her Lasher's on her opponent before they begin their dash and before she finished her own. Yes, it does in fact already do this.

So if someone is about to flash, and Evelynn uses her Empowered Whiplash, if they flash BEFORE she arives at them with her own Dash, she will follow them.

This works for every dash in the game and in her Teaser Trailer you can see them attempting to show it with Ezreal's E, the issue is that while it functions similar to Warwick Q, it doesn't have an indicator and you only really know it can follow Dashes/Blinks if you've seen her do it. This is problematic because it's definitely a mechanic to the champion that was completely intended but there's no indicator for the player and it's extremely hard to do consistently.

I think that her Empowered Whiplash(E) should be fixed so that it's a Known Mechanic to the Evelynn Player, or changed somewhat so that she can do it more consistently as a Champion Mechanic rather than simply dumb luck or good timing.

Is that only before or after the dash starts? I know Leona's E will follow to the target if they dash between your E hitting and the dash starting, so I'm wondering if it's a similar thing with Eve (her E has started, but her dash hasn't).

If it's more like WW's Q then yeah that definitely should be put in the tooltip. If it's more like Leona's E, though, that seems kinda unnecessary to add.

If you're asking for it to have a hold down thing like Warwick's Q, honestly, no thanks. Warwick feels so awkward to play because of that whole thing.
