Duo tank/tank with bruiser botlane?

A duo tank botlane to let top, mid, and freely pick more damage oriented carries. Or the bruiser becomes the carry as well.

Probably both get relic shield, maybe upgrade it. One of them can be "support" in the sense they buy sightstone. They basically farm the lane and become hard to push out. Examples of these duo lanes:

Hecarim Nautilus

Mordekaiser Alistar

Darius Sion

JarvanIV Shen

Sejuani Kled

Rammus Malphite

I've once done Taric (Preworked) and Braum. We had nothing more in mind aside Taric's point-click stun and just target and double stun whatever got dazzled. Somehow we dominated the lane completely. Haven't tried it with rework yet.
