Both champion are Bullies but atleast Tahm kench falls of lategame where Riven becomes a raidboss 1v9 machine.
Tahm has weaknesses u shouldn't fight him 1v1 and voila u make him useless Riven actually doesn't have 1 weakness in her kit

Against TK If you're melee you have to literally not play the game and watch the better team win as you wont be able to do shit all game.
TK also has a higher winrate than riven unless you literally play at master+ tier, which i doubt you do.
