A bunch of underwhelming/scaling runes and 130 bonus health...
130 sound like a lot? it's roughly 347g value, while 15 bonus ad has a gold value of 525, and 25 ap at 543..

are extremely powerful right now. While higher damaging runes has made already strong damage dealers far stronger, what has also happened is that tanks and heavy champs are getting nearly free damage while still being able to stack tank items.
Tanks are at the strongest they have been for awhile, they just tend to be a lot more aggressive now.
