How do I win when my entire team feeds?

Title. If you look at my match history, I have a lot of games where I'm doing really well, win lane, all that, yet still lose, because the rest of my team plays horribly and feeds to no end. What in the world can I do in a situation like that? 'cause, while I'd love to carry a 1v5, I really just can't.

I feel like I am in the minority of players, because 95% of the time I lose I feel like it is my fault!

Like I said, look at my history. Look at all the games where I was 3:1 or higher and won lane early on, yet still lost. I roamed, I focused objectives, I did everything I could... yet I still lost. What more could I do?

Deny vision, grab vision, strangle the enemy and not let them get ahead, and press advantages efficiently.

There is always room for improvement and because I can't exactly see your replays. I can't say what you could've done better.

Mate, you can have the most perfect game ever, 200 farm at 18-20 mins, 10 kills, even maybe a few assists! But if the jungler refuses to gank and then goes 0/10, while mid goes 0/4 (so not bad but still not great) and then bot lane just int and flame eachother so thats already a lost lane. There is nothing that can be done. Who can carry 1v5 in every team fight required to win the game when the enemies are sooooooo braindead? I just noticed after typing this that its a 3 year old comment; I'm still going to post as I feel we all go through this and it....fuckingg....suckss....:(

Well, thing is, I have like a 40% winrate. And 9 out of 10 times, I lose because of my team's mistakes. : / Over a thousand games in ranked, still no higher than what I placed (S2).

People climb ELO somehow, and I need to find out how. T_T I don't like being silver.

If your entire team feeds, you are gonna lose.

I expect you are exaggerating though, and you could probably do some rotations and carry power to other lanes better to help them.

Believe it or not, there's a point where you as a solo player can actively carry a 1v5 given your team at the very least can click skills. As a 3rd time of ;unranked to diamond'. I've learned quite a bit on the capacity and mentality of players through the elos. You say you're around middle-high silver. So yes, your team is not THAT worthless, but decision making and team morale is nothing to be proud of. Given you get a carry position, it's plausible to single handedly carry the game. This does not mean that you can 1v5 the enemy team at once, but its a combination of things. Constant pressure and rotations. If you're doing well like you say you are, that must mean you're getting ahead in lane. Transition this power by helping your team. Communicate with them and make sure you guys make team decision that ultimately benefit you. If you get ahead while your entire team feeds, help them. Use your lead and bring them back into the game, even if it takes a 5 man gank on the enemy bot lane. Do whatever you have to , to make sure you're still in it. Especially in silver, people make so many mistakes and mechanics are not the greatest. Get your mechanical skill to a level where you consistently outplay with little effort and ultimately you will start winning. Don't ever get overconfident and the thing to remember is that the enemy team is always looking for an opportunity to get what they can. This means you should deny as much as possible. Set up deep wards in the enemy jungle, get picks, clear their jungle and constantly shove shove shove. Always keep an eye on the side waves and make sure they're constantly pushed. If they're pushed that means someone has to rotate. Now take this opportunity and your lead to coordinate a dive on the 4 remaining people.

Shutdown gold, hun. You gotta hunt down and kill each member of the enemy team from your losing lanes, collect all that gold, and hardcarry.

Well, most champions I play are pretty squishy. So, say I'm full build even, I can't go in and take on their entire team where each player is just as fed as I am -- I'd die. So I have to wait for them to mess up, or I have to just go push a lane and hope they chase me, or something like that. Can't just run in and 5v1 them all. >.>

I do roam as much as I can, but in the end, it really doesn't do much.

You need to roam, if they feed early then you're there for shutdown gold, if not you go to snowball your other lanes

I am almost sure Rito somehow locks "carry-players" against feeders. I played in S5 for a long time, racking up ridiculous killscores every game and winning every game. However, as soon as i got S4, one guy (toplane usually) would consistently feed 10 kills (not even lying) to the enemy Jax before 10 minutes. I dont care how good a Mage you are, even Plats/Diamonds gets shit on by an overfed Silver 4 Jax.

The thing that helped me out was a Diamond smurf on my team in a game, that asked if we should smurf together - he was sure i was at least Plat. I told him i wasn't smurf but we still duo'ed to S3, and i solo-climbed super fast to S1, and soon thereafter to G3 - it seems like the system had run out of Wood 5 players to put in my games. With fair teammates, i am Gold 3 at least, and was also close to that skill level when i was S5.

Really, my advice would be duoing with a Diamond smurf. I have seen ur games, and you will be able to literary 2v5 the enemy team. Climb to mid-Gold and try solo again

Else, try to play Tahm Kench top. Kill the enemy laner twice (hilariously easy vs Silvers), and then try to bait the enemy jungler to gank. You should be able to 1v2 them, and so much pressure WILL make your team get advantage on the bottom half of the map. Lategame, you dish out so much damage, but can actually 1v5 for a while, especially if u are far far ahead (4-0 cuz 2 solokills and double on gank) you will do so much dmg

Zed mid is also a great champion for 1v2's.

Yeah, I really do feel like the game purposely matches me with bad players and against ex-LCS players. >.> If I'm jungling, I can usually get first blood, so my team doesn't start behind, but it's always a lot of ganking and saving people if I'm jungling. Other roles... well I win my lane as best I can and roam when possible, but it never seems to be enough -- especially when, as you said, the top lane or mid feeds 10 kills in 15 minutes, and then I have to try and deal with a super fed Yasuo, Zed, Ryze, Gnar, Pan or something like that.

I've been accused of being a smurf several times, but I really don't think I play that well. I don't think I'm silver, but I don't know where I should be. I don't know any diamond smurfs though, so I donno how I'd duo with one. xD

I don't have fun playing a champ like Tahm though, is the issue. I think that's the whole reason I'm even silver, is because I refuse to play the braindead, boring as hell champions that win with no effort. I can play any generic AA spam ADC and carry, I can play LB and carry, I can play Annie and carry... but it just feels like cheating, and it's not fun or satisfying at all.

I don't like Zed. Just not really my style.
