A comprehensive list of all the junglers who are underpowered in the new jungle

*Note: This is a **"work in progress" **thread and I am more than happy to add/remove people on this list provided there is good reasoning to do so.

The new jungle has turned several champions who are primarily junglers into a state in which they are barely viable. In no particular order:

Severe:

Evelynn Lacking in both sustain and any defensive steriod while having exceptionally low damage early game coupled with severe mana problems whilst clearing has made eve on the border of unviable. She was already struggling before the new jungle from nerfs, and now, it's hard to pick her over other early pressure champs, such as shaco or lee. She is super vulnerable to counter jungling as well.

Nautilus While people might think his shield and safer clears would make him awesome, he runs into a lot of core issues. First, because almost all of his clearing damage is tied to his shield, and because his shield pops after about 2 hits, his clear times slow to a snail's pace, causing him to lose a lot of hp in clearing. He also is extremely slow at moving around the jungle, which adds to the issue. Unless the enemy team is very idiotic in their positioning and he gets fed early, he's pretty much going to be useless by the time mid-end game hits on account of being so underfarmed in comparison to the enemy jungler

Elise Another champion who was already struggling before the changes hit. While her spiderlings do offer a bit of clear safety that other champions lack, they now can take only 1 hit a piece, garunteeing that you are getting 0 sustain from her W and losing a lot of damage. Coupled with her innate squishiness, this makes things hard for the spider queen. Her early pressure isn't on par with other early gank champions, and her clearing is poor. The new jungle beats the crap out of her, making her feel extremely lackluster.

Borderline: Volibear While not considered totally viable for several people, his kit still suffers a lot in the jungle. It's garunteed that the new jungle will burn his passive, and his ganks aren't good enough early to really justify his slow clear times. The result of playing him is that you end up very behind very quickly

Hecarim New jungle beats the crap out of him. There's no other way to put it. His early ganks are quite powerful which means you can still get ahead if your team plays smart, but jungle-clearing is just a nightmare
