Copy My Account - A Blue Essence Sink

Alright so this is an off the wall idea but I wanted to suggest it because it may solve some issues without the traditional problems we've seen in the past.

Concept: Player A can spend X blue essence (BE) to "clone" their account. This clone would have the following features:

• A new account would be created with the same champions as the account it was created from
• No skins would transfer with this cloning
• This cloned account would start at level 30
• This account would start with no RP or BE
• Rune pages would carry over
• Emotes should carry over

What this solves:

• The level grind that no one wants to do
• The repurchasing of champs that is tedious
• The concept that once you're in the B5, you're trapped there
• Privacy mode. Rather than dodge friends, just clone your account and play anonymously
• A cloned account will be banned along with it's main account
