Hecarim has been pretty gross for awhile now...

No matter the meta Hec and Lee have pretty much withstood the test of time and remained viable. I mean hecarim has almost no counter-play. Lulu and Thresh being 2 of the supports that can even slow em down. Not stop em, no one can stop em. He is just too fast, does too much damage, while being pretty damn tanky. When you're an ADC and he's picked you just gotta accept the fact that he's probably gonna kill you several times throughout the match, while there not being much you can do about it. It's just kind of disgusting how long it's been going on and I'm wondering when it'll finally come to an end...

There have been many times where hecarim/lee sin were both considered garbage tier, versus synergized proper teamcomps they just get controlled and bursted

Every champ has that same problem, your point? And I've said he's been gross for a long time now not that he was never bad.

Why Riot can't nerf this overloaded abomination is beyond me. "kite him" As he runs/ults behind you and pushes you towards his team. He also highlights how weak towers are, when he chases someone through 2 turrets and takes no damage with a trinity force and hunters talisman.

I feel like if slows reduced Hec's damage output by the slow % (so a 50% slow reduces all of Hec's damage by 50%) would put him in a good spot. Similarly, if Lee lost about 30 base MS, 15 base AD, and the ability to use W on himself/wards (so he has to have an ally to access his sustain) he'd be in the trash where he belongs.
