Honest Ability Names And Descriptions

Take a champion and rename their abilities and rewrite their descriptions to be "honest". By that I mean exaggerated and silly.

Teemo's Q - "Why isn't he dead yet?": Teemo fires a basic attack that makes you unable to basic attack. It's effectiveness increases when Teemo and his opponent are below 5% HP in a 1v1 situation.
