Taliyah W doesn't work sometimes...

Besides the delay in the cast animation, there is the actual speed at which the player can actually cast the ability in a controlled manner. Trying to press W too fast sometimes seems non responsive. Pressing it too fast also means less control in the direction of the W.

On the other end, taking the extra time to cast it right leaves too much of a delay in actual game play making it obvious to enemy players. This gives them plenty of time to react.

On top of that, compared to Vel koz E, the Taliyah W is about half the size, making it much harder to land.

Why this is bad is because her minefield E, is almost useless if her W does not land. Her ult does no damage and her Q is unreliable and low damage too.

I get that this champ can block escape routes, but so can JarvanIV , but the rest of his kit is not crap because of it.

She's a great Champion. I sport a 5.0 KDA and 70% win rate in 50 Games this season.

Experience is key. Master the learning curve, carry more games.

I'm confused why you're posting so many threads complaining about taliyah when the problem is just with your lack of experience with her.

Until you realize Taliyah's actually bad?

I'm not arguing that she's in a great spot right now. I'm saying the complaints he's making aren't valid since they're only complaints based on his lack of experience with the champion, and are just blatantly wrong. Not being able to land skillshots or use her ult effectively isn't a problem with the champion, it's a problem with the player. I have no clue how to play azir. I know he's in a very bad spot, and has been for a while. I'm not about to make 4 threads complaining about how bad he is though just because I don't know how to play him. Not having much of any experience playing him, nothing I say would hold merit.

I'm making the post so that Riot does something about it. I've played a lot of LOL. I main AP Lucian mid and I've had success. I think I know what I'm doing when It comes to playing in general. This is by far the hardest champ I've ever played. Atleast while learning Azir, you can see potential.

This champ seems to have no potential

You not being able to effectively play a champion != a bad champion. Her playstyle just doesn't click with you. Again, everything you've complained about isn't a problem with the champion, it's just your lack of experience with her. People not knowing how to play her and being vocal about how bad she was is what ruined her in the first place.
