"Ekko shouldn't be able to go OOM and still fight back

Kayle goes OOM and can still become immune to damage for 2-3 seconds Tryndamere has no requirements for his ultimate

I don't care for Ekko but if you're gonna cater to the whining kids that can't handle a champ with the most telegraphed and predictable skills in the game just because he had a no costing ult AT LEAST give these two a fking restriction on it and not allow them to get away with stupid mistakes for no punishment at all.

Make it so Tryndamere has to have at least 75/50/25 Fury to ult (scaling down as you level it) Slap a 100 mana cost on kayles ultimate or give it a reasonable fking mana cost or allow her to ONLY use it on herself
