Remove the CDR from Spear of Shojin.

Most of the champions that build Spear usually build it as a second item after Black Cleaver or Trinity Force. One of the problems why Spear is ridiculously strong is because it gives the champion using it 40% CDR combined with the Trinity Force or Black Cleaver. So this gives the champion the lowest cooldowns even without the Spear of Shojin activated, but Spear makes it extreme once activated.

Hell for some champions they go URF mode even without the Spear activated.

Remove the CDR from Spear of Shojin.

I think they need to remove 10% cdr from all items that have 20% and add some other stat.

It's ridiculous how easy it is to cap CDR these days.

We need more 10% items actually. Mages have the most cdr items, adc has the least im pretty sure.
