Riot cannot balance league around LCS AND ranked games.
brand is going to be super broken because he is already good and hard to deal when he gets rylai+roa ,and his base damage of his ulti is being buffed along the AP ratio.
Riven is going to have an increased chance to snowball the game alone, because non pro players can't deal with her.
At this point, riot should just give to the pros an other server with different numbers and balance changes.

If they can't practice what they need to be able to do in LCS on live, than they will be royally fucked

Not true. Poppy hasn't been seen in LCS in a long time, yet she has buffs coming to her next patch. They are not LCS focused entirely

This doesnt make sense. If you are playing against more skilled player on Riven, it doesnt matter what he plays he will beat u on skill. If you are playing against similar skilled or less skilled player thats on Riven, no matter what champ he plays u can outplay him. And most non pros are bad on Riven anyway.
