as you can see here, the veigar didn't need to even land his stun or W to 100-0 an ADC. wasn't he made to oneshot APCs, not ADCs?
if anything he seems broken because I can WAY more reliably 100-0 a squishy with just Q+W

Vlad is really easy to gank. Cass is really easy to gank. Their early game is only good against melees with no gapclosers. Karma is easy to gank. Lulu is easy to gank.
People hate azir morgana nidalee ori and ziggs for a reason. Safe as fuck with ridiculous AOE or poke.
Swain is more of an AP bruiser but ok.

Lord Dusteon1 votesWatched both videos. No clue what you think they prove; in the first, the veigar is THREE levels above the adc and his team is easily pushing. His Q took out half her health, which looks to be about 650 damage. That Veigar had AT LEAST 650 AP (assuming Tristana had no MR after penetration; at 10 MR he needs 715 AP and at 30 he needs 845 AP) and multiple level advantages. The second is a Fizz literally Q'ing into Veigar's W and then standing still to autoattack. All that proves is the Fizz was more focused on a kill then staying alive or even dodging the massively delayed skillshot.
