Tryndamere - a guy who always brags about going into battle and how bloodthirsty he is
In game - a toxic splitpush bot that literally never leaves his lane no matter what, isolating himself from the actual battle like a pussy

Ideal: Goes in battle yolo like dynasty warriors reality: TACTICAL RETREAT OR SLAP YOUR DICK ON THAT TURRET

The irony in tryn's kit and the winnning condition of this game.
Hey thats my proxy sion build lol
uses the same damn principle
but uses passive and ult to chunk down turrets
oh and death timer starts when passive kicks in, that + death time reduction quints means you have almost no downtime lol
what's the build? ton of lifesteal so you stay alive?
well death reduction quints ofc And attack speed to further boost tower demolishing
and then these are essential

you can further build tanky to suit your and or your teams needs like
That way if it isn't happening fast enough you can still team fight well enough
generally you will acquire tons of hp through all the wave pushing ^^
The idea is to lane somewhat normal and then go for the zzrot/tiamat and boots first
Then just afk push you can ignore your oppoennt just make sure to push in 2 waves into the turret then ignore your opponent and hammer it You want 2 waves because this allows you to keep tower backdoor armor off until your passive dies, but if you die too late a second option is to simply run pas their turret and keep farming with passive proxy style
The awesome part about this build is in the way you ''cheat'' death, you see once you die your death timer starts and THEN your passive kicks in allowing you to continue pushing waves and killing turrets while your death timer ticks away untill your passive finally dies and your immediately respawn
this is also why you need hydra
you see your passive provides 100% bonus lifesteal and a ton of attack speed, and hydra adds some more and allows you to apply it in aoe, so as long as you keep farming your passive will stay healthy xD
Other option is to force your enemy back too with your passive just hit him untill hes really low so hes a free kill if he tries to shove the wave away from his turret
You take TP and Ghost to apply even more pressure in your lane
And you use your ult to get back as well as to damage turrets shoving in your wave in the process then you tank the turret and ignore your opponent whilst killing turret then when you die turret aggro resets and you use your passive to either kill his arriving minion wave or you attack the turret
with little to no death timer. ghost tp ult and the general movement boost of zzrot allows you to keep shoving the waves with 0 breathing room for your opponent
The trick is to not feed early until you get your zzrot
After that it's endless pushing everytime you die you are worth less and less gold, while you become harder and harder to stop with your increase in health and resistances
Remeber zzrot scales with hp so this works excellent for sion increasing his push power alongside his rising hp bar
If too many people go top just tp bot and start pushing that show 0 respect for your opponents i mean they only give 10 hp right so they aint worth all the hassle Just kill their minions and turrets
Nothing can stop you
You actually have to avoid items like
,
, or
because then it's very possible that the AoE dmg might hit a champion, and then you aren't playing 0 dmg Trynd anymore. Just shitloads of single target dmg so you can take turrets and minions real fast, while ignoring nearby champions completely.
Well yea, but he's describing Proxy Sion, not 0 damage trynd.
yeah my bad rip, missed the change of subject back a couple of posts for whatever reason. just not paying attention i guess.
Yea it's proxy sion
it's kind of similar int he goal of pushing turrets and ignoring your opponents
but not the same,, it's also a safer option as it does still allow you to play frontline for your team if absolutely required at some point
The problem is that he would be mostly like Olaf here. Going in battle yolo is Olaf's job.
trynd used to be a team fighter and a scary figure, like yasuo only less a feeder back then... like yasuo and a feeder like yasuo it was master yi
Trynd has been almost exclusively splitpusher since I started playing this game in season 1. I mean, other than support trynd w max who loves teamfights.
Trynd was a killer back then whaaaat?
tryn has always been amazing at splitting, and pretty much only splitting.
struggle of melee carries in league. have not been balanced ever.
struggle of melee carries in league. have not been balanced ever.
yasuo and the rework fiora have actually been well balanced for most of their existence. its only short phases where their itemization became a problem. otherwise theyve received some buffs and some nerfs like any other champion. that should be considered normal in a game where the environment constantly changes.
juggernauts are technically melee carries aswell, and some of them are quite balanced, while some others are undertuned most of the time.
people just bitch about these two champions more than neccessary. whenever theyre actually balanced and relevant, and not weak as fuck, people just lose their shit because theyre not used to playing against these champions when theyre not garbage.
yasuo and fiora are both not healthy to play against for melee champions

These characters beg to differ.
Jax is extremely weak early game and is kiteable. malphite doesn't exactly kill you if you aren't trying to get yourself killed against him. garen isn't really that strong anymore and can't really stick to you for that much. darius however is somewhat not healthy but his counterplay is in team fights. but then again you can beat him in lane if you play it right its not impossible the champion is one dimensional and has little outplay potential meanwhile a good fiora or yasuo has little to no counterplay
Malphite shits on yasuo
yeah in lane he does after a while not really tho
His shit ton of cc and cockblock abilites against yasuo makes sure he can't do shit
Don't forget these guys.

He's one of my more hated champions in this game. Up there with
and
. If I saw him more, I would ban him.
100% this. Never ban him because nobody plays him really, but as soon as they do I want to die.
On the contrary. He is a warrior with honor. He does not go to weak opponents weak opponents have to come to him. Never mind the fact that he's 0/4. A true king lets the battle come to him.
http://www.niceme.me Don't get why it's downvoted. 10/10 http://i2.kym-cdn.com/photos/images/original/001/143/444/c0a.gif
Hey, he IS bloodthirsty.
30 minutes into the game, after he fellated every dick on the map like a sissy.
It's not that riot failed to make him a bloodthirsty champ its just his kit is so good for split pushing. Lets be honest with what has happened in the recent season
(Rylais, mobility creep out the ass, so much shields, disengage champs like janna) do you blame any non-tanky melee champ for wanting to split push instead of team fighting..?
He's been like that since the dawn of time
It has nothing to do with anything recent
Tryn needs a complete relaunch. His entire kit is horribly outdated and unbelievably toxic, his aesthetic and design is outdated, and he needs more voice. I find it strange that when Riot were making such a big deal out of reworking Sion and Poppy because they were their 2 oldest and most-outdated champions, they didn't include Tryndamere. His ult is just as inhibiting a factor on his design and balance space as Poppy's Diplomatic Immunity was.
i disagree, he's not running from the battle, he wants you to nut the fuck up and face him. Like you think he gives a fuck about his teammates? No, he's a stone cold killer why the fuck would he. From a character sense this gameplay style actually makes sense, he's someone who thirsts for battle and will take what is his if you don't kill him for it.
His playstyle is play PvE. The second someone shows up he spins and runs away. As soon as they leave you go back to PvE
his playstyle is cheesy AF, you build up fury, go for RNG trades, and then possibly get a kill, fuck up and die, or just spin away cause you got low. I can honestly respect tryndamere as he is now because while he is really goofy and outdated, he has a clear identity as a solo Q champion for people who don't like relaying on their team. Thats why their are so many tryndamere mains in diamond, because he's super cheese, and will pretty much never be competitively viable unless an item comes out that just makes him straight up busted.
its not his fault, when you have against Cait/Ez+any support its hard to dive the backline, even with 5 second bonus.
Which is only part of the problem;as a skirmisher, Trynd should be perfectly happy beating on that Maokai, but he has to dive for some reason.
Because he's extremely squishy and pops like a goddamn baloon whenever someone looks at him wrong. So he basicly has 6-8 effective seconds during a team fight, if he fails to take a carry out in that time, he dies for nothing.
He's also the prime example of a champion that should be able to drain tank the shit out of people, but ever since BTs stopped stacking he has been in a lackluster position. He used to be the guy who'd go in, take the carry out, and out sustain the rest of the enemy team.
Yet for some reason Riot doesnt bring him up when the topic of "Champions who failed their thematic" appears. In what way ware we supposed to think Tryndamere is this badass, unkillable warrior whos consumed by the rage of Aatrox slaughtering his clan when in game he never fights unless you're in his lane?
Maybe he... Um... What if... The lane represented the ruins of his clan, and the turrets represented the obstacles he has to overcome to get to Aatrox and have his revenge.
Yes. It's clearly a subtle metaphor you plebians were incapable of comprehending kappa
"Going to the battle? What am I? A fucking pleb? I'm a fucking KING! If you wanna battle, you drag your ass over to my face and get destroyed by my oversized sword! If you don't, fine. I'll destroy all that you hold dear until you can recognize it anymore, until all there's left around are the ruins of your base, turned into dust and rubble. Your choice. Face me and die like a man, or run and lose all you ever had."
At least that's how I play Tryndamere.
It is more like "Im going to stab your gouse while you arent home. I will seing with the fury of a thousand suns. The second I see you however, I will spin and run away. We shall never meet in battle, but as soon as you leave, I shall be back to stab your house. If you again return , I shall simply run away again."
That is how Tryn is really played.
What? Running away from a 1v1 as Trynd? You're basicly an unkillable Jax when it comes to duels.
My right arm is a lot stronger than my left arm!
Truly.

Still
He's not bloodthirsty
...
Just thirsty
You forgot the part where he runs away whenever anything threatening appears, or that his kit (extremely high movement speed, long-ranged dash, immortality) is extremely potent at running away.
I always call Tryndamere The Inveterate Coward.

Sounds like a certain "dumb lizard" introduced to us relatively recently. ^^
I'd say it fits his personality at perfection, aren't all douchebags all smoke and no fire? Bragging about their social status and ready to run behind it as soon as a difficulty presents itself?
