Syndra already does huge amounts of damage. Buffing her ratios will only make her oppressive against squishy targets at which point you will likely nerf her in some stupid way instead of just reverting your buffs.
If you really want to help Syndra fix her god damn bugs that have existed for years and you do absolutely nothing about. And while you're at it make MR itemization not godly efficient.

Captain Aishi4 votesright now as a 700 AP syndra I can't 100-0 an ADC who has maw if I land a QWEQR (with a previous sphere being available for a 6 sphere ult) so I think some ratio buffs aren't a bad idea per-se

They create broken champs to nerf them a few patches later (like
