The item is long overdue for an overhaul because Ez is the only champ who buys it. Since the main and only user is getting an update, I think its fair to say Muramana should get an update too.

That's because lethality is busted as hell and he doesn't rely on poke combos in order to win lane in his current state
He used to basically require Manamune in order to function since he couldn't buy enough damage to all in and it enabled his poke. The only reasons it isn't a good option is because its nerfed as hell if you aren't Ezreal and nothing can compete with Lethality for Jayce's kit.

Kazekiba2 votesEzreal's main reason for buying Manamune isn't going anywhere though. it's mostly his passive and W being changed with a visual update. Not a ground-up rework.
That said with Urgot no longer buying Manamune and Kaisa's interaction with it nerfed, the active removed because toggles are bad gameplay apparently, it really does need an upgrade.
level 18 Ezreal with manaflow band gets a whole 84 AD from Muramana, and zero CDR, while Death's Dance exists and doesn't take a fraction as long to become useful.
I'm aware Muramana isn't used for its statline but taking power out of a passive to make the item more useful overall is just healthier gameplay

Then make an actual mana item for spam casters (archangels but aggressive) Mana for AD champions would make sense to merge it with Essence Reaver. Then melee champions won't buy it.

No to archangels, ryze has no mandatory on it as casio with her spam and also 1 item more cause no botos easy buys this. And other champions can be played with seraph too as alternativ or off meta builds like anivia, karthus, kassadin, viktor, singed, blitz.
Hextech OwI1 votesThe issue is that the item is no longer useful because mana costs became meaningless. Back then you used a spell rotation and you had less than half of your mana left. The item is no longer relevant.

being so strong and mages / assassins on the enemy team. and adcs bypassing armor with crit amping the damage you would have negated true damage bypassing it etc. You probably can do it if you forgo this half of this build until late game because of how insane damage is.
ForFoxSakes1 votesno fighter needs that amount of mana, or spams enough to get it to full charge. Getting it on any champ other than Ez is a damage loss and liability when you delay their other items

by 18 mins earliest and 23 mins regular game almost as good as my 13 mins 
stack earliest and 16 -18 mins on a mage.
Its slightly about the mana but its more about the ad i get for it and the extra on hit i get from it than it is about mana.
I usually build it on

the stacking on him isnt bad but i find it to be bad on him because you need 4 slots of items with defensive stats can be offensive fighter items with health but you need that defensive stat you need an attack speed item and you need a damage item and you need a sustain item so ends up fighting with my sustain item and in my opinion 
isnt worth the stats it has and want to build jax to scale with his skills not to keep procing spell blade that is boring and uninteresting to me.
