Junkο1 votesNote that the patch hasn't been here for even a week, so the data really isn't that reliable especially since it's high elo only, and statistics are kept from last patch until enough games are played (FYI, 125+ Hecarim's have 57% winrate this patch, but I doubt that's reliable information).
Hawkefire1 votesActually that is a bigger hit than you think considering he spams the hell out of that skill, and he is generally only oppressive during the earlygame phases unless he is fed (which is where 10 damage can make all the difference).

Or is all three in Yasuo's case. An insanely high playright accompanying a very high winrate is a sure sign something is wrong.

Same thing with Fizz. Everyone knows he's annoying, and he's always been annoying. There are certain times where there may be spikes in "Fizz broken" or whatever threads, but he's still frustrating to play against.

He is a very heavily disliked champion by a fairly large amount of people (mostly because of wind walls sheer existence, although the sheer amount of mobility, even if it is fairly conditional, definitely doesn't help peoples opinions of him).

Before you defend vayne no she isnt broken she is poorly designed and really fucking annoying to deal with if you are even remotely EVEN with her after lane phase. Yasuo just goes in Is he fed? = he kills people usually dies. Is he unfed?= he gets killed Now vayne is Is she fed?=she kills everything as long as the enemy doesnt have a point and click spell that does 900dmg or a 2.5sec CC Is she unfed?= she dies b4 the fight starts cause that's what Vayne mains do. But vayne can just go into 30mins afk farming and then just sit behind and anhilate any frontliners with no effort. It's no suprice you see all thse vaynes in soloque going from 0-3 to 10-4 in most games because they got 2 items and now thye can fuck up any frontliner and 1v1 most ppl who dont have 5+ kills on her. And no she isnt mechanicly demanding anyone that is plat level adc mechanics can play her great the only thing that seperates high elo vaynes and mid elo vaynes is the usage of Condemm and the usage of the stealth on the ultimate(jukes,dodging spells) Nah i'm not salty i could not care less about that trash champ all ik is if i have a vayne on my team im insta dodging.

I don't think he's OP at all but I completely understand why people are frustrated playing against a resourceless champ that breaks the cardinal rule of resourceless champs - being CD dependant. Having a base cd of under 50 seconds on his ultimate at level 16 and a Q that can get it's CD reduced just by leveling up means that neither of these things are true (yasuo's aspd growth contributes to steel tempest's CDR). Then you have an E that basically has no CD as long as you have a unique target, and it turns out he only actually is gated by a single CD, and it's Windwall.
Don't even get me started on all the invisible power in his kit. =/
