10% ms buff to Ludens. GG too all the mages in the game that can't spam.

And by mages that can't spam I really only mean Brand, where people already can just walk outta my W but it's k, new visuals.

The key to landing skillshots is being able to lead your opponent's movement so that they walk straight into your spells. You just have to adjust your angles to account for the added move speed.

You're saying 3% more MS is going to make skillshots impossible? So if I take 2 MS Q and go Luden's today, I am immune from skillshots? Sounds OP!
